CINCINNATI (AP) - Big Boy is getting a museum in Ohio. The Cincinnati-based Frisch's Big Boy double-decker burger restaurant chain on Wednesday will unveil the museum to a gathering of employees and retirees at the chain's original Mainliner restaurant. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A Kentucky man is accused of raping a 14-year-old girl after the results of a DNA test connected him to the alleged assault. News outlets reported Monday that 45-year-old Larry Finch is charged with first-degree rape and is being held on a $50,000 cash bond. Authorities say the results of a DNA test on March 27 connected the Louisville man to evidence from the July 2016 rape. Officials with the fire department said that the calls came in within 10 minutes of each other around 7:30 p.m.  One fire was near Bobtown Baptist Church and another was near the intersection of 421 and 1016. Woman Transported To Hospital After Being Shot In Manchester

CLAY COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) The Clay County Sheriff said that a woman was shot Monday in Manchester.  Sheriff Angela Johnson said she got the call around 12:30 p.m. in regards to a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend. The sheriff said that the woman had one gunshot wound and was taken to Manchester Memorial Hospital. She was then transferred to UK Medical Center. We have no word on her condition.

Trial Date Set For Men Accused Of Murdering UK Student

LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) Three men accused of killing a UK student more than two years ago were back in court Monday morning. A judge set their trial date. Jonathan Kreuger was murdered in 2015. A judge ruled that Justin Smith and Efrain Diaz are competent to stand trial. The two men, along with Roman Gonzalez, are set to go to trial March 11, 2019.  The trial is scheduled to last four weeks.

Fire Chief Charged With Theft, Abuse Of Trust

LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (EKB) — The Fallsburg fire chief has been charged with theft and abuse of public trust. EKB reports here that 45-year-old William Hall of Lousia is accused of billing the Fallsburg Fire Department for his personal residential electric bills in a scheme that ran from March 2016 to May 2017. He is also accused taking cash and property worth more than $5,500. Hall faces misdemeanor theft charges and felony abuse of public trust charges in the case.
