MADISON, Ind. (AP) - An Eastern Kentucky University student who disappeared more than 13 years ago has been declared dead by a judge.

The judge's order sets the date of death for Molly Dattilo of Madison as July 6, 2004, the day the 23-year-old went missing in Indianapolis. Dattilo was an EKU student who was taking summer classes at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.

LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) Lieutenant Newman tells LEX 18 that two people started shooting at each other on Toner Street Friday. She said that one person was in a car and one person was on foot. Kentucky State Police responded to a single car crash in Bonnieville about 5 p.m. Saturday evening.
