(TMZ) TMZ is reporting that William Shatner was flipped during a horse and buggy show in Harrodsburg. Shatner was participating in the competition on Wednesday at the Mercer County Fair & Horse Show when his horse got freaked out and reared up. The cart he was in flipped.
