    We're tracking heavy t-storms in eastern Kentucky with torrential rain and damaging wind gusts. The threat will be out of the area by 11:00. You can track the rain with the MaxTrack Doppler While the heavy rain has ended for most of us, rainfall up to 3 1/2 inches has led to extensive flash flooding this evening.
