    Former Kentucky basketball coach Billy Gillispie is in urgent need of a kidney transplant, according to a report by The Dallas Morning News. Gillispie was back coaching at Ranger Community College, a community college 90 miles northwest of Fort Worth.  Last year, the 58 year old had to quit coaching at Ranger because of health issues. UK fired Gillispie in March of 2009.  Ranger was 10-2, but Gillispie had not been on the sideline for the past three games
