The Wildcats host No. 16 Morehead State and match time is slated for 9:30 a.m. ET inside the Buell Armory and Barker Hall. The Wildcats will head west on Interstate 64 to compete for the Cardinal Cup this weekend in a two-day tournament hosted by the University of Louisville. Four Wildcats shot 590 – or better – in air rifle, which led them to a 10-point increase in the discipline from the first match. UK fired 2376 in air rifle and 2335 in smallbore. “Overall, I thought we performed fairly well,” head coach Harry Mullins.

    LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) - NBC News will feature a story on WoodSongs during the pre-Derby broadcast. WoodSongs is a bluegrass show that started out in a small room with 10 people and one radio station airing. Now, an audience of 65 million viewers is expected to tune into the feature Saturday about 3:20 p.m.
