    LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) Police say that the woman caught on camera using credit cards stolen from a new mother in labor has turned herself in. The crime happened back in October at a local hospital where a woman was having a baby. Officials tell LEX 18 that Elizabeth Marcum turned herself in Thursday morning and is charged with fraudulent use of a credit card.
