    LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) - An investigation is underway after a Lexington restaurant caught fire overnight. A passerby called 911 after seeing smoke coming from the Qdoba on E Tiverton Way just off of Nicholasville Road around 1 a.m. Tuesday.  Firefighters say when they arrived they found smoke and fire inside the kitchen.  While they say the fire was quickly contained, there was no obvious sign of what started it.  We're told the restaurant was closed at the time of...

(AP) - A Kentucky doctor convicted of Medicaid fraud has been sentenced to five years in prison and ordered to pay more than $10,000 in restitution.     Authorities say 58-year-old Dr. Ezekiel O.     LAUREL COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) The Laurel County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a mother was found unresponsive by her children. Authorities say 27-year-old Mary Creech was apparently assaulted. She was found by her children on Long Branch Road. She had severe and life-threatening injuries to her neck.  She was airlifted to UK Hospital.  Police are looking for Jason Scriver of Richmond, they say he's a possible witness.

The Andover Golf and Country Club that weaves through several residential neighborhoods is set for auction on Monday. It closed in February due to bankruptcy and foreclosure. Residents are still waiting to find out who will buy the property, and what they will do with it.

    LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) - An investigation is underway after a pizza delivery driver was robbed overnight. The robbery happened around 10:45 p.m. on Simba Way near Old Todds Road.      Police say a Papa John's driver got out to deliver a pizza and that's when a juvenile punched the driver and stole the pizza.  Police were able to arrest that juvenile in the parking lot of a nearby Lowe's He is now facing a second degree robbery charge.
