    LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)-- A man has been arrested after police say he ran over his girlfriend's leg. It happened just after 1:30 a.m. Tuesday morning on Clyde Street, off West Main Street. Police say the man and woman were arguing when he sped off, running over her leg. Officers caught up with him and took him into custody. He's facing a charge of second-degree assault. The woman was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.

Former UK announcer Ralph Hacker posted the news on social media that Frances Ledford, wife of Cawood Ledford, had passed away. Neither immediate details about cause of death nor funeral arrangements were available.
