It's not exactly an official title, but Iva Stewart of Winchester may fit the bill as UK's Biggest Fan - at almost 102 years old.
Stewart is a Scott County native who's called Clark County home the past 70 years. She tunes into every single UK basketball game - on the radio that's because she's legally blind, so she watches the Cats through the eyes of UK announcer Tom Leach. "Tom, that's the best announcer," she gushes. "When you can't see you depend on the radio you draw a picture for me. I know what they're doing. Who is coming in. You make it perfect."
And when the Cats play, it's always Iva leading the charge at the the extended care division at Clark County's Hospital. She says she doesn't have a favorite UK player, but has some thoughts about UK coach John Calipari.
"He's smart," she says. "They say he's good-looking." There's laughter all around when she then asks, "He's not here, is he?"
Iva turns 102 next Tuesday, and says she's been around almost as long as UK's basketball program has. And that one thing will never change - her love of the Cats.
