A very cold Thursday morning is underway- we're in the mid to upper teens in the Bluegrass with a single digit wind chill, southeastern counties are still hanging on to the 20s. High pressure takes over this afternoon but a northwest to west wind and an Arctic airmass in place will keep it cold! Highs will struggle to hit the mid to upper 20s with folks closer to freezing south. I'll have more on milder, wetter and possibly wintry weather on the way starting Friday night coming up on LEX 18 News at Sunrise.
