You may have been wondering if it was still February Monday afternoon but there's no doubt about it early Wednesday morning... it's cold out there! We're in the low to mid 20s in the Bluegrass and mid to upper 20s southeast with mostly clear skies and a wind chill in the low teens. Sunshine is on the way this afternoon but Wednesday's highs will struggle to hit the low to mid 30s.
