We've enjoyed a quiet, cool (mainly in the 40s) and partly cloudy Thursday morning so far... moisture ahead of a warm front close to our Tennessee border has sparked showers out west but we're still dry. We'll need to watch for developing scattered showers and a few t-storms over the next few hours as that front lifts across the area. After a break in the action this afternoon a gusty south wind will push us well into the 60s to low 70s south. A line of strong to severe storms is still on tap late Thursday evening into early Friday morning, see what we're in for coming up on LEX 18 News at Sunrise.
