It's another cold morning with 20 degrees in Lexington & Frankfort, 21 in Danville and 22 in London and Jackson. Clouds will gradually thicken and lower through the day Thursday with highs in the upper 30s to low 40s and with those clouds plenty of moisture will follow. Expect cold rain southeast this evening and overnight with mainly Bluegrass and northern counties seeing mixed precipitation (light freezing rain) late Thursday evening into early Friday morning. A winter weather advisory is in place from Lexington into northern KY tonight. Icy, hazardous roads will be possible... I'll have more on LEX 18 News at Sunrise.
