The snow & ice on the ground and the Arctic air that invaded yesterday is making Wednesday morning frigid for sure... we're in the low single digits in Lexington and many spots have gone sub zero. Fortunately the wind is light to calm so the wind chill is only a few degrees colder or a non issue. Main roads are in pretty good shape but watch for snow and ice covered side roads this morning. We're heading for partly sunny skies Wednesday afternoon with well below average highs in the teens- see how long the deep freeze lasts coming up on LEX 18 News at Sunrise.
