For this time of the year this could be considered a bitterly cold morning as an unusual blast of Arctic air has invaded the Commonwealth. It's 21 in Lexington and 20 in Frankfort with 24 in Jackson and London. Our lowest low in LEX this March is 21 degrees and this is now the third time this month we've been this cold. With clear skies and a quiet morning we'll probably see a few spots dip into the upper teens before we "bounce back" to the 30s with sunshine this afternoon.
