A Chilly End to Winter

Anything resembling spring warmth is absent from our forecast, including on Tuesday, which is the last full day of winter.
The clouds will gradually break late tonight leaving us with a partly sunny day on Tuesday. It will be breezy and chilly with a high only in the mid 40's.
The cold will linger through the week.
