A Warmer Weekend

In addition to that thin line of showers & thundershowers that fired along Thursday's cool front it also ushered in a reinforcing shot of cooler air from Canada and we'll feel it Friday. High pressure takes over just in time for the weekend and we are set for a mostly sunny day with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. Another below average high but a beautiful day anyway! We're mostly clear and around 60 overnight with patchy fog southeast,

The core of our ridge of high pressure will push east Saturday and as the wind shifts over to the southwest we'll warm up with highs in the mid 80s Saturday and in the mid to upper 80s Sunday. Watch for a developing wave of low pressure out west late in the weekend. A warm front will lift into the Commonwealth Sunday and may spark a few late day showers & storms, Your Stormtracker forecast will end up much more unsettled early next week with rounds of wet & stormy weather possible.
