The Boyle County man accused in the shooting deaths of two men went before a judge for arraignment in the case Tuesday morning.
Thomas Hager, Jr. is charged with two counts of murder in the deaths of 54-year-old Ted Sparks and 21-year-old Mark Snyder. Hager has also indicted for first-degree assault for shooting 37-year-old Phillip White, who survived, and for evidence tampering.
Police say Hager confessed to the shootings.
Hager is also accused in the death of his roommate, Clint Disken, whose remains were found in the basement of a Lincoln County barn.
