Additional Information On Lexington Home Invasion

Court documents reveal more details about a home invasion in Lexington early Friday morning, including the identity of one of the teens arrested.

Police say two elderly sisters called 911 when somebody started beating on the front door of their Kingston Drive home just after midnight. Moments later, three teens broke down the back door. According to the police report, one teen had a gun, and the three suspects held the women for a short period of time. Police say the victims "were in fear for their life."

The sisters ran out of the home as officers arrived. Police say one of the women suffered an injury, but didn't release any information on how she was hurt, or the extent of her injury.

The three suspects stayed inside the house and police surrounded it. The trio came out peacefully about five minutes later.

Investigators say they later found the gun hidden inside the house.

Police arrested Deandre Lewis, 19, and charged him with robbery, two counts of unlawful imprisonment and tampering with physical evidence.
