Another KSU student has been arrested in the January shooting of a KSU basketball player.

Garry Cooper, 20, of Chicago was arrested Thursday in the January 18 shooting of Patrick Dawson. The shooting occurred on Landings Drive in Frankfort.

Cooper is charged with first-degree assault and three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. He is being held in the Franklin County Regional Jail.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and that addition charges are expected.
