Police say they have made an arrest in a home invasion that happened last week in Madison County.

Richmond Police say they have arrested 36-year-old Bud Hembree for the home invasion on Irvine View Street on April 5. A man and woman reported that three men had gotten into their home and robbed them at gunpoint.

Police say a woman pretended to run out of gas, and when when the woman inside the home went to get a phone, three men burst inside.

Police say Hembree became a suspect after being found with a stolen debit card taken from the home.
