An accused arsonist who had been on the run from police is now back behind bars in Clark County.

Brandon Guy is charged with arson after setting fire to Kenneth Payton's home last month, after Payton had already been murdered.

Another man, Aaron Spencer, has also been arrested for the same crime

Payton's murder is still under investigation.
