At least three people were injured when fire broke out at an apartment complex in Pulaski County.

The fire started at the Colonial Village Apartments on Sycamore Street in Somerset.

We're told one person was injured when they jumped from an upper level apartment. That person was airlifted to UK hospital, as well as a person who suffered burns. We're told a toddler was taken to a local hospital after being thrown from a second floor window into the arms of firefighters. Right now, there is no word on their names or conditions.

No word yet on what may have started the fire.

We will continue following this story and bring you updates as they become available.

Im glad to hear they are ok. The situation was soooo scary i was there. Lex 18 needs to get the story straight the toddler was not thrown from the 2nd story window her mom lowered her down so a neighbor could reach her and take her to safety. They make it sound horrible by saying she was thrown. Anyhow I wish them all a full and speedy recovery.
