The Montgomery County woman found guilty in the shooting death of her husband was sentenced to eight years in prison Tuesday morning.

Pam Bartley was charged in the 2007 death of her husband, Carl, who was found shot to death in their Montgomery County home.

The jury found Pam Bartley guilty of second-degree manslaughter, and the judge followed the jury's recommendation of eight years in prison. The judge also set an appeals bond at one million dollars cash.

That bond would allow Bartley to be out of jail during the appeals process.
