A benefit is planned for the teenage victim of a Franklin County car crash.
Trista Shoemaker, 17, died Jan. 8 when her car was t-boned on U.S.-127. She was a student at Western Hills High School.
The benefit is set for Tuesday night at Bonnie's Place on Louisville Road.
It's open to all ages from 7 to 10 p.m., then adults only from 10 to midnight.
There's a $5.00 cover charge.
All proceeds will go to Shoemaker's family.
