They say a dog is man's best friend, but in Franklin County, humans are out of the equation as a cat named "Bob" is serving as a best friend and seeing-eye cat to an Australian Shepherd mix.

Why? The puppy is blind, and has trouble getting around. Now the two are inseparable and the Humane Society is trying to find them a home together.

If you can help, stop by the Franklin County Humane Society on weekdays between noon and 5 p.m.
