Police arrested a suspect in connection with a Bowling Green Bank robbery and say he may have robbed other banks in the area.

Officers arrested Steven Harston, 47, and charged him in the robbery of American Bank and Trust back on June 20. Police say he walked into the bank, flashed a weapon and demanded cash.

Police charged Harston with robbery.

Investigators say he is also a strong suspect in bank robberies across southern Kentucky and northern Tennessee.
