Two brothers in the military heading north to visit family suffered minor injuries in a Madison County crash early Wednesday morning.
The two soldiers were heading to Wisconsin from South Carolina along northbound I-75 when the driver lost control at a curve near exit 97 and flipped the car. EMS treated the pair at the scene.
"I was sleeping and my brother started screaming my name. I thought I was dreaming that we were sliding, then all of the sudden we were flipping over, quick snapped into reaction mode," Andrew, who serves as a military policeman, said.
Police say wet roads may have contributed to the accident.
