Several big name Kentucky high school prospects remain undecided on where they will play their college ball, most notably Boyle County defensive standout Lamar Dawson.
But one top local recruit has already made his decision.
Bryan Station offensive lineman Darrian Miller bleeds blue, and the intelligent, soft spoken senior will play for the Kentucky Wildcats.
Not one for the spotlight, Miller says he's just eager to get his letter signed and have the whole recruiting whirlwind behind him.
"Just glad for it to be over, I guess. I'm not the type of person who likes a lot of attention on me, so to actually be with a program and stop being in the eye of everyone else makes me feel pretty good.
Miller says he's not sure where the Wildcats will end up playing him, because of some of the guys the Cats have lost during the recruiting process. But the 6-foot-6, 275 pounder says he's not concerned about the recruits who won't be coming to the Bluegrass.
"Hey, if you don't want to be there, we don't need you."
ESPN ranked Miller the 21st best player at his position in the 2011 recruiting class, saying, "Miller is a raw talent with very good athleticism and explosion. His height is what we like to see for the offensive tackle position at the major level of competition; it will be necessary to add bulk to his frame, this shouldn't be a problem over time."
He also reportedly considered Alabama, Tennessee, Louisville and Purdue.
Signing day is Feb. 2.
