Deputies in Boyle County arrested a burglary suspect Thursday afternoon.
Deputies responded to a home along Craintown Road outside Perryville after a man discovered somebody broke into his outbuilding. Dispatchers were told a maroon car was seen leaving the area. Officials say a responding deputy spotted a similar car traveling at a high rate of speed and pulled it over.
Deputies say they found items stolen from the Craintown Road outbuilding inside the car. They arrested Vance Webb, 29, and charged him with burglary and receiving stolen property.
Investigators say they also suspect Webb was involved in multiple break-ins in the Battlefield Road area of Mercer County.
