It doesn't matter who you are playing. From a fun standpoint, Monday night at Rupp with dunks flying from everywhere has a smile on the face of the Commonwealth. But, beating up on a weak opponent like Morehouse doesn't often carry over to a game with Kansas, which is next week.

Forget about the 125-40 score. That means nothing when it comes to the future of the season. Look for the little things. There were some little things True Blue Fans have to like.

How about the change in Kyle Wiltjer from one exhibition game to the next?

"I was happy," says Cal. "The only thing I told him at halftime is okay, you are starting to define your game. So your game is, if your open for three's take 'em. If they are tightening you on a one dribble pull up, take 'em. If not, hit the wing, go in the post and shoot a hook. Make it real simple."

The Cats leading scorer with 26 could feel the difference from playing Transy to Morehouse.

"I wasn't nervous but maybe a little more anxious," says Wiltjer. "I was excited to be out there first college game. Just a good feeling. Having a better flow the second game."

Cal believes the next step for Kyle is getting tougher, but he expects that to happen in practice.

Kyle likes the tough practices. Instead of shying away from it, he looks forward to it because he believes he needs it to become a better player.
