UK Police have asked students to be on the lookout after an overnight assault that happened near campus.

A woman says she was approached by a man around 2:30 Sunday morning in the 600 block of South Limestone. The woman tells police the man and possibly one other person attacked her and left her with minor injuries.

Anyone with information about the attack is asked to call Lexington or UK Police.
