Ingredients
1/2 Cup Homemade Pesto
3 Medium Fresh Tomatoes
5 Ounces Fresh Mozzarella
1, 16 Oz. Can Artichoke Hearts
1/2 Cup Asiago Cheese, Shredded
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil
1 Prepared Pizza Crust
Directions
Spread pesto on pizza crust. Place sliced tomatoes over pesto so that the entire pizza is covered. Place the mozzarella slices over the tomatoes and sprinkle the artichoke hearts over the cheese. Top with the Asiago cheese and bake at 450 for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with basil.
