A car hit a pole and flipped into a ditch during the morning rush in Lexington Thursday.

Police say another vehicle pulled out in front of a car heading north along Nicholasville Road near Wilhite Drive. The driver of the northbound car lost control and slammed into the pole.

EMS treated the driver for minor injuries at the scene.
