If you were worried that Brandon Knight wouldn't pick up where John Wall left off, his first game as a Wildcat may have given you some hope.
The freshman point guard was the star of Kentucky's 95-62 win in Canada over the Windsor Lancers. Knight finished with 31 points,
seven rebounds, four assists and no turnovers.
The best part, he looked faster than everybody else on the court.
The returning players did their part too. All four started the game and all four played pretty well.
Darius Miller was second in scoring with 18 points and DeAndre Liggins, despite leaving the game with a cramp in the second half, was very aggressive both offensively and defensively.
The 2,600-seat arena was packed with True Blue Fans who made the trip to Canada.
The Cats will play two more games, one Monday and one Tuesday while north of the border.
