Charges against an EKU student-teacher accused of having a sexually inappropriate computer chat with a minor have been dropped.

Andrew Webber, 22, was arrested and charged last year. He was accused of having an online conversation with a 16-year-old girl, telling her he was touching himself and then asking her to do the same thing.

Last Thursday, a Madison County grand jury dropped the charges against him.
