A charge against a grandmother accused of leaving her grandson in a Corbin McDonald's has been dropped.

Joanne Lowe was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor. Police say the little boy was found wandering the parking lot of a Corbin McDonald's in late February. Surveillance video shows the boy and his grandmother walking to the front register.

Then, you can see everyone leave, except for the child, who police say was in the restroom.

Lowe says she thought the child was in another vehicle and said she did not mean to leave him.
