Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons Dark Rum
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
2 egg whites
2 cups whipping cream
Directions
On top of a double boiler, melt the chocolate, sugar and rum. Let cool. If chocolate is too thick, add a couple of tablespoons of tepid water. With an electric mixer, beat egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, beat the whipped cream. Combine with the egg whites and fold into the chocolate mixture. Blend well. Pour mousse into a glass bowl or individual dishes and chill.
