Chris Sutter joined LEX 18 in October of 2009 as a reporter for the Sunrise team.

Sutter grew up in northern Indiana, where his career in news actually began. He was a "Kid Correspondent" for WNDU-TV in South Bend, Indiana. Don't worry, he's learned a thing or two about news since the age of 12. Fast forward a couple years, that's when Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

Prior to LEX 18, Chris was a Top 40 DJ in South Bend, IN and Indianapolis, IN. After he got tired of hearing Britney Spears three times every hour, Chris made the transition to news. His first stop was in Lansing, Michigan at WILX-TV. That's where he covered breaking news, President Obama's Presidential campaign, and he conducted an undercover investigation exposing Lansing's prostitution problem.
