It's a gorgeous but chilly afternoon across the Bluegrass! Even with some sunshine throughout the day today, temperatures are running about 10 degrees below average in the mid 40s - and they will remain below average throughout much of the extended forecast. We're headed towards a cold night overnight tonight with temps falling into the mid to upper 20s under partly cloudy skies. A weak disturbance will bring some extra clouds for our Wednesday with just a slight chance of a few sprinkles or flurries. High temperatures will be even colder only climbing to around 40. Our temperatures will remain a solid 10 to 20 degrees below average (56 degrees for this time of year) for much of the extended forecast.
