Colorful Spring Unfolds On State Website

FRANKFORT (AP) - Kentucky is in full bloom this spring, and the state wants to make it easy to find the most colorful spots.

The Kentucky Departments of Travel and Parks are sponsoring the Unbridled Spring program again, with a website that includes reports from parks across the state.

The reports are updated weekly, and the agencies say they provide a guide to locations where the blooms are most beautiful.

The site also features a calendar of events for springtime activities, a location map for state parks and a children's page with coloring blocks and word games.
