Investigators in Lexington were at the Community Trust Bank and Investment Company downtown after a suspicious package was reported Thursday morning, but it turned out to be a false alarm after light bulbs were found in the package. We'll have an update.
Also - the man accused of killing a Marion County deputy sheriff last month entered a not guilty plea in the case Thursday, and prosecutors said they will pursue the death penalty against him. The latest on the charges against Dewayne Shipp is coming up.
