A commission in Bowling Green will vote Tuesday whether to move the trial of two Iraqi nationals facing terror-related charges.

The resolution urges the Justice Department to move the case of Waad Ramadan Alwan and Mohanad Shareef Mammadi out of Kentucky. Senator Mitch McConnell wants the men to be tried by a military commission at guantanamo bay.

The two men were arrested in May. Both entered the country legally as Iraqi refugees receiving publicly-funded housing assistance and health care.
