Computer issues in Bourbon County have delayed formal sentencing for a man who admitted to a 2009 murder.

Gary Stone, 33, pleaded guilty last month to murdering 43-year-old Pauline Mastin back in January 2009.

On Thursday morning in court, the judge said a computer error prevented him from reviewing courts documents, and he delayed sentencing until April 28.

The recommended sentence for Stone is life without the possibility of parole for 25 years.
