The coroner has confirmed that three people died in a Lexington house fire Wednesday morning.

Somebody spotted flames inside a home along Buckingham Lane, in the Clays Mille Road area, just before 5:30 a.m.

The coroner says all three victims had disabilities and were not able to get out of the burning home.

Fire officials have not determined what caused the blaze. Investigators remain on the scene.
