The Fayette County coroner has released the name of a woman killed in an accident in Lexington Thursday morning that also left two others injured.

The accident happened at about 10:15 a.m. on Winchester Road at Bahama Road. The coroner said Cora Kidd, 70, of Lexington died at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.

The two other people hurt, whose names have not been released, are not believed to have suffered life-threatening injuries.

Both lanes or Winchester Road remain closed near Man O' War Boulevard for several hours, and were re-opened at about 4 p.m.
