Could Enes Kanter sue the NCAA?
John Calipari said on his radio show Monday night that while he hasn't talked with Kanter about it, a lawsuit is a possibility.
Kanter could sue and get an injunction so he could play.
Calipari said on his radio show that there is no doubt that Kanter's father did everything he could to make sure his son would maintain amateur status, and saved all the money his son made for an education.
Calipari said the final say rests with the NCAA, but they could do a number of things. He said they may allow Kanter to pay the money back, or they may make him sit out the rest of this season but allow him to play next year.
Calipari said last week he expects a resolution soon.
