A hot time for firefighters after a car goes up in flames in Lexington.

It happened just after 2:00 Friday morning in the driveway of a house along Gettysburg. At first, Lexington Police and fire crews had a tough time pinning down exactly where the fire was happening, even though they could see heavy smoke around the area. Eventually, they found the car and put out the flames.

Investigators are still looking into what sparked the fire.
