Danville Police say they think a man accused of taking a picture up a woman's dress at a Jessamine County Wal-Mart has been up to the same thing in their city.

On Sunday, March 10th, a woman said she spotted the man trying to take a picture up her dress at the Nicholasville Wal-Mart around 7:30 pm.

Nicholasville Police say in the surveillance photo, it appears the man is trying to cover up an emblem on his white shirt.

Now, Danville Police are investigating a similar report at the Danville Wal-Mart from March 9th around 12:30 pm.

Police plan to talk to the Commonwealth's Attorney about the possibility of charges.
