Deputies are investigating a stabbing in Estill County.

The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. along Stacy Lane. Officials say the victim suffered multiple stab wounds and was airlifted from the Estill County fairgrounds to UK Hospital for treatment.

So far, deputies have not released any details on what led up to the stabbing, or the identity or condition of the victim.
