BOWLING GREEN (AP) - DuPont Manual's Kayla Styles scored 21 points Friday night in leading the Lady Crimsons to a 78-69 win over Owensboro Catholic in the quarterfinals of the KHSAA Girls Sweet 16 at Diddle Arena.

Region 7 champions Manual (24-8) advance to Saturday's tournament semifinals.

The loss marked the final game in the career of Duke signee and Miss Basketball finalist Rebecca Greenwell of Owensboro Catholic (25-7). The Lady Aces senior scored 30 points and tallied seven rebounds and three steals for the Region 3 champion Lady Aces.

Styles also pulled down nine rebounds and dished out five assists for Manual. Morgan Allen added 17 points.

Friday's win marked the final game of a three-game suspension for Manual coach Stacy Pendleton stemming from an ejection during the regional semifinals.
