A judge has found an elderly Rockcastle County man accused of killing his sister in a road rage case competent to stand trial.

Clyde White faces murder and attempted murder charges after running his two elderly siblings off the road in Rockcastle County back in August 2011. White's sister, Dorothy Whitaker, was taken to UK Hospital and later died from her injuries.

White's trial date is set for November 26.
